That is why we have prepared the New Year’s Eve Package “Relaxed New Year’s Eve,” which allows you to spend this time exactly the way you like – with close friends or family, in comfortable conditions, and with space for real relaxation.

Comfortable apartments designed for relaxation
We are a modern seaside apartment complex located in the peaceful village of Grzybowo, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Our guests can choose from 60 comfortable apartments, designed to suit different needs and styles of relaxation.
We offer cozy two-room apartments for 2-4 people, apartments with a mezzanine, as well as spacious two-level, three-room apartments ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people. Each apartment is fully equipped, featuring a kitchenette, a living area, a bedroom, and a balcony or terrace. In winter, you will especially appreciate the warm, soft blanket, atmospheric winter scents, and the cozy ambiance that encourages spending quality time together.
Relaxation after a winter walk – the SPA zone
After a day spent outdoors, nothing relaxes quite like a moment of rest. As part of your stay, we provide unlimited access to our SPA zone, where a jacuzzi, saunas, and a salt cave await you. It is the perfect place to warm up after a winter walk along the beach, slow down, and take care of your well-being – without rush and at no additional cost.
New Year’s Eve with small pleasures
Although we focus on freedom and the absence of formal events, we have added a few delightful touches to highlight the special nature of this time. As part of the New Year’s Eve Package, we offer, among others:

- Early check-in from 12:00 PM and late check-out until 3:00 PM (subject to availability, with prior arrangement)

Additionally, we provide free WiFi, bath towels and robes, a stay coordinator, parking in a monitored and gated area of the property, board games for children and adults, and Nordic walking poles available in the apartments. Children under 3 years old stay with us free of charge.

Posesja Plażowa – price per night:
- 2-person apartment: 880 PLN
- 3–4-person apartment: 950 PLN
- 5–6-person apartment: 1300 PLN
Posesja Kapitańska – price per night:
- 2-person apartment: 780 PLN
- 3-4-person apartment: 850 PLN
The minimum stay is 2 nights. The package is valid from December 28 to January 1. It is possible to extend the stay beyond the package period, according to the current price list.
